- The file you received is not complete or missing some chapters.
We offer refunds for duplicate orders that were made by accident.
In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
You CAN NOT request a refund in the following cases.
- You have previously returned a book from trendseason.
- Request a refund for multiple items.

- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to be returned back depending on your bank’s or your credit card issuer’ss policy.
