Due to the COVID-19 situation, unfortunately our delivery times are currently 7 to 15 working days. We hope for your understanding. To accommodate you a little, we do not charge any shipping costs and bear these costs entirely on our own.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, unfortunately our delivery times are currently 7 to 15 working days. We hope for your understanding. If this deadline has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to (info@trendseasonhub.com). We will then find out for you what is happening with your package.

To submit a return, simply contact our customer service at (info@trendseasonhub.com). Please include your name, the order number you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once this is done, you can send the product to us via the courier of your choice.

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your expense. The costs will therefore depend on the transporter. Please refer to the website of the relevant carrier you wish to ship with for further pricing information.

There is always a 14 day return period. The return period begins on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for the return, you can only return the item if:

● The return period has not yet expired

● The product is in the original packaging and all labels are still attached

● The product has not yet been used

First check your spam/junk folder to see if you have received confirmation of your order. 9 out of 10 customers find the confirmation email in their spam folder. If you have not received your confirmation email in your spam folder, please contact us ( info@trendeseasonhub.com ). We will then send you a digital email with your order confirmation and a shipping slip.
